FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we allow pets?

At some locations we do. There is an extra $25.00 charge per month. Dog feces needs to be disposed of every day! Cats need to have their litter boxes changed frequently to avoid any odors. They also need to be spayed/nuetered and declawed.

Will we work with Security Deposits?

We will work with the security deposit. We do need half of it at the time you sign the lease agreement. The other half of the deposit we can break up into two monthly payments.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first day of the month.

Is there a charge for late rents?
There is a $25 charge for rents that are not paid by the 5th of the month.

Do the carpets need to be professionaly cleaned upon moving out?
We enter into a Carpet Cleaning Agreement at the time of the Lease signing. Which requires residents to have the carpets professionaly cleaned.

Do we except Section 8 payments?
Yes, we do.

Are we allowed to have Direct TV or Dish Network instead of cable TV?

You need to have written permission from Quality Rental Properties, LLC to install a dish.

Do we have to sign a lease?
Yes.
